Join librarians from the Roanoke County, Roanoke City, Salem, and Botetourt libraries at the Taubman Museum of Art on Saturday, March 23, for Pop-Up Library.
From 10 AM to 2 PM, librarians from across the Roanoke Valley will hold storytimes on the hour with some of your all time favorite books. There will be crafts and activities throughout the day as well as the opportunity to sign up for new library cards.
What new library cards? Yes, Saturday will showcase the new Milestone library cards featuring winning designs chosen from participants across the region. As children reach milestones in age, they’ll get a new library card featuring a new design to spark new interest in exploring the world around them through their library.
Library card milestones ages are: birth-4, 5-11, 12-17, and 18 & up.
